“Invaluable Techniques”

"Simple techniques but invaluable I would say! Looking forward to make those small changes and seeing the difference. Thank-you for the commitment to helping make charity professionals more productive!"

-Bekki James , TV Air Ambulance

The SNH Foundation was started in 2015 to provide free events to people working in the charity sector in the areas of personal productivity and employee well-being. We ran our first event for charities back in Sept 2015 and have run them since. In that time we have helped thousands of people from hundreds of different charities.

This has been entirely resourced and funded by SNH. Typically our training makes teams 15% more productive, so think of the positive impact we have already had, but imagine the impact we could have if we were able to offer this to more people.

This is our ambition. We want to do more. Much more.

What People Are Saying…

  • "It incorporated everything that anyone in an administrative role can relate to - there were no sections that didn't apply or have some relevance to my job. It was encouraging and all the tips made me want to get back to my desk and try them out."

  • "It was highly engaging, relevant, clear and helpful! Wish I had done the training sooner! I found Josh very engaging and supportive, and I will definitely be applying these tips to my daily work life."

  • Excellent session and Sean was a very enthusiastic trainer. The content was really relevant and useful to my role and i feel the training would be benefit all of my colleagues.

  • "I enjoyed Neil’s charisma and thought provoking process of teaching new ways to be productive or refine old ways."

  • "I have done many "time management" courses over the years but this was by far the most enjoyable. Simon was a great facilitator with the right balance of humour, teaching and discussion. I came away encouraged and given quick win tools which will bless not only me but those I work with as well as my family! Thank you."

  • "Josh is a great trainer. He kept the momentum going all the way through, so training wasn't a drag. I honestly thought the training was just about time management, so wasn't keen about attending, as I've done time management before. I was wrong. The training was so much more. Thanks Josh and well done."
