Guy consults to and coaches Executives and Executive Teams to lead with clarity of purpose to achieve business and personal goals. His formative experiences saw him graduate in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge, learn strategy and analysis at McKinsey and then work closely with the Chairman and CEO of Argyll Group – then a FTSE 50 company.

As a line leader within Argyll’s Safeway food retail subsidiary, Guy led major cross-functional programs that reconceived and transformed core stock and customer processes, releasing tens of £ms of annual bottom-line benefit. Having led European Change Management at Towers Perrin and Global Senior Team Effectiveness at Korn/Ferry, Guy deploys his experience independently to support Executives and Executive Teams to navigate major transformation.

Over the course of his career, Guy’s clients have included Shell, Exxon Mobil, Astra Zeneca, Sony, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB, the British Government, Centrica, Unilever, CSC, Alcan and the US Military Academy at West Point. He has consulted to and coached clients from all continents. His coaching is grounded in understanding the challenges, goals and strategies of the business and the career/life experiences and goals of the client executive(s).  He brings a business strategy perspective, analytical rigor, strong commitment to the client’s success and a gentle, provocative style.
